Why do your prices shift so often? - Distribution and suppliers change their prices daily, we'll try to score the best deal possible so we can give the lowest possible price.
So it is completely natural for an item to be 49,95, sell out and be 52,95 the week there-after if our suppliers have raised their selling price.

Will you receive X new set? - New sets drops are always exciting and we'll always do our best to acquire new set releases as soon as possible! We'll keep you all posted on the latest set in our Newsletter and on our social media.

Are all prices Tax/VAT included? - Yes all the prices include the Value Addex Tax (VAT) rate of your country, on request we can send you an invoice including said VAT.

Is it possible to pick-up my order? - Currently no, our address is not a pick-up address. We'll hope to change this in the future!

Can I place a review? - Yes you can place a review on google or on our Trustpilot here!

I've placed an order, when can I expect my items? - We'll send out most of our orders in the early morning or in the evening. If you're in the BENELUX you can expect your order to arrive within 2 business days. Other countries in the EU can expect it to arrive within 7 business days. This can be delayed in Holiday seasons.

- Do you do quality control? - Yes before we ship out items we'll make sure the items are not damaged and include their original seal!
